Time program control is adopted. This control method does not require instrument support. First, set the automatic dosing cycle, dosing amount, dosing time and dosing frequency according to the operation of the system. In the subsequent operation of the system, the metering pump will automatically turn on and dosing at the dosing cycle, and the metering pump will be turned off after the specified time; at the drain cycle, the metering pump will stop dosing, and after the specified time, the metering pump will continue to open , To replenish the medicament lost by sewage, maintain the medicament content of the system at a normal level, and close the metering pump after the prescribed time.
The intelligent dosing equipment uses sensor signals to control the working process of the dosing pump. This control method requires monitoring instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters and corresponding sensors. First, set the limit value of the control parameter (pH value or conductivity value) according to the operation of the system. If the following conditions occur during the operation of the system, the dosing device will start to work: if the pH value is lower or higher than the set value. A low pH value indicates that the acidity is too strong and the system has a tendency to corrode; a high pH value indicates that the alkalinity is too strong and the system has a tendency to scale. At this time, the detection instrument will feed back this signal to the control system, and the control system will output instructions to the designated metering pump to turn on the dosing system to adjust the pH value. After the pH value returns to normal, the metering pump will be turned off.
