Sewage refers to certain polluted discharged water from life and production. Water that has lost its original use function is called sewage for short.
According to the viewpoint of sewage source, sewage can be defined as waste carrying liquid or water discharged from residential, government, commercial or industrial areas and mixed with groundwater, surface water, snowstorm, etc. Sewage consists of many categories. Accordingly, there are many technologies and processes to reduce the impact of sewage on the environment. According to the source of sewage, sewage can be divided into these four categories.
Sewage treatment device with automatic slag discharge function.
The servo motor is used to drive the No. 1 bevel gear to rotate. Based on the rotation of the bevel gear, the No. 1 bevel gear drives the No. 3 bevel gear to rotate with the mixing shaft. The mixing shaft then carries a kind of mixing rod in the mixing tank to mix the sewage and reagent, accelerate the reaction, produce solid precipitates, and reduce or reduce the content of pollutants in the wastewater.
The solid sediment is blocked by the wedge wire filter screen and remains on the filter screen.
The No. 1 bevel gear drives the No. 2 bevel gear to rotate with the hollow shaft, acts on the amplification assembly through the jacking assembly, and then realizes the positive and negative rotation of the No. 5 bevel gear with the rotating shaft through the transmission assembly, so that the rotating shaft swings back and forth with the scraper plate through the No. 1 connecting rod: when the scraper plate swings counterclockwise, the residue on the filter screen will be removed and pushed to the slag discharge pipe for discharge, Realize automatic slag removal and slag discharge.
Category I: industrial wastewater comes from manufacturing, mining and industrial production activities, including runoff, live leachate from industrial or commercial storage and processing, and other wastewater that is not domestic sewage.
Class II: domestic sewage comes from residential, office buildings, organs or similar sewage; Sanitary sewage; Sewer sewage, including industrial wastewater mixed in domestic sewage in sewer system. Garbage and various atmospheric particulate matter sedimentation are caused by entering the water environment in the form of surface runoff, soil erosion and farmland drainage. It has the characteristics of dispersion, concealment, randomness, latency, accumulation and fuzziness, so it is difficult to monitor and quantify, and it is difficult to study and prevent and control. Water pollutants are discharged into the water body to cause pollution.
Category III: non toxic and harmless sewage from commercial facilities with some components exceeding domestic sewage. Such as catering sewage. Laundry sewage, animal breeding sewage, hair salon sewage, etc.
Category IV: surface runoff comes from rainwater, snow water, highway water, water from urban and industrial areas, etc. surface runoff does not penetrate into soil and enters groundwater along streets and land.
The common way of sewage treatment is to mix chemicals with sewage, adsorb and solidify the pollutants in sewage into solid sediments through chemical reaction, and then filter the sewage to realize pollutant separation.
