Chip Liquid Waste Liquid Treatment Device

JOHNSON SCREEN

The cutting fluid waste liquid discharged from the machine tool includes waste oil, waste liquid stock solution and waste water. These three are mixed together. If they are directly discharged without treatment, this will not only cause pollution, but also waste water resources.

If it is directly packaged and transported to the sewage treatment plant, it is difficult for the sewage treatment plant to process the waste oil and waste liquid.

It is also necessary to entrust a special processing agency for professional processing. Due to the large processing volume, it not only takes a long time, but also has a high processing cost.

BLUSLOT provides a chip liquid waste liquid treatment device and a working method thereof, which have a reasonable design and save treatment costs.

Including a boiler for heating cutting fluid waste liquid. The top of the boiler is connected with an exhaust pipe for discharging water vapor.

The exhaust pipe is connected to the intake end of the condensing assembly.

The drain end of the condensing assembly is connected with a waste water discharge pipe.

The side wall of the boiler is sequentially connected with a waste oil discharge pipe and a raw liquid discharge pipe from top to bottom.

The condensing assembly includes a cooling barrel and a refrigerator for cooling the cooling barrel.

The top of the cooling barrel is communicated with the exhaust pipe, and the lower end sidewall of the cooling barrel is connected with a waste water discharge pipe.

A wedge wire screen oil-water separator is installed on the waste water discharge pipe.

It also includes a waste liquid tank, the waste liquid tank is connected with the upper end of the boiler through a waste liquid conveying pipe, and the waste liquid tank is also connected with a waste liquid storage barrel through a waste liquid pipe.

A suction pump is installed on the waste pipe.

The furnace adopts a kerosene boiler, and the lower side of the boiler is provided with a kerosene oil tank.

The kerosene tank is connected with the boiler through the oil inlet pipe, and is used to provide the boiler with kerosene as the combustion medium.

It also includes a clean water storage bucket, and the clean water storage bucket is connected with the cooling bucket through a clean water replenishing pipe.

A water filling valve is installed on the fresh water replenishment pipe.

The waste oil discharge pipe is connected with the waste oil recovery barrel.

The raw liquid discharge pipe is connected with the waste cutting raw liquid recovery bucket.

The working method of the chip liquid waste liquid treatment device, when working:

The refrigerator refrigerates the cooling barrel, and the cutting fluid waste liquid in the waste liquid tank is transported to the inside of the boiler through the waste liquid conveying pipe.

The boiler uses kerosene as the combustion medium to heat the cutting fluid waste liquid, and the water vapor generated during the heating process is transported to the cooling barrel through the exhaust pipe.

The water vapor is cooled in the cooling barrel to form waste water, and the waste water is treated by the oil-water separator and then discharged to the sewage treatment plant for treatment.

The remaining waste oil in the boiler is discharged to the waste oil recovery barrel through the waste oil discharge pipe, and the waste liquid stock solution located on the lower side of the waste oil is discharged to the waste cutting stock liquid recovery barrel through the stock liquid discharge pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following effects:

The structure design is reasonable, and the boiler is used to heat the cutting liquid waste liquid.

The water in the waste liquid of the cutting liquid is evaporated and condensed into a liquid state and discharged to the sewage treatment plant for treatment, which greatly reduces the treatment difficulty and treatment cost of the sewage treatment plant.

The remaining waste oil and waste liquid in the boiler are discharged and recycled separately, and then outsourced for subsequent treatment, which greatly reduces the amount of outsourced treatment and saves treatment costs.
