Coal Mine Wastewater Recycling System

At this stage, 90% of the coal yards in my country are opencast coal yards. 

The raw coal has uneven particles and loose texture, and the coal yard generally covers a large area and receives more natural precipitation. In the past, the drained water containing impurities such as pulverized coal was generally discharged directly into the drainage pipeline. Not only is it a waste of resources, but also the long-term pulverized coal precipitation will block the drainage pipes. 

When the coal yard encounters strong winds, the pulverized coal is very easy to fly, causing environmental pollution and even becoming the source of localized sandstorms. 

Oil pollution such as oil spilled from coal yard machinery and equipment and vehicles entering and leaving the water is also likely to cause pollution. 

Most of the existing devices only recycle waste water when recycling coal mine waste water, so as to avoid the pollution of waste water to the environment, but do not treat waste water and cannot realize the reuse of waste water. 

  • It includes a sedimentation box and a purification box, and the purification box includes a first motor, a purification box, a stirring shaft, a stirring rod and a medicine box. 
  • A stirring shaft is rotatably connected to the purification box, a first conical gear is fixedly installed on the upper end of the stirring shaft, a fixing seat is fixedly installed on the upper end of the purification box, and a first motor is fixedly installed on the fixing seat.The output end of the first motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft.A second bevel gear is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft. 
  • The first bevel gear meshes with the second bevel gear. 
  • The stirring rod is fixedly installed on the stirring shaft. 
  • The stirring shaft and the stirring rod are provided with a cavity, and the stirring shaft is provided with a medicine outlet hole.The cavity is slidably connected with a sliding rod, and a blocking block is fixedly installed at the left end of the sliding rod. 
  • A chute is provided on the stirring shaft, and a slider is slidably connected in the chute. 
  • The sliding block is fixedly connected with the sliding rod, a first spring is installed in the sliding groove, and a weighting block is fixedly connected with the right end of the sliding rod. 
  • A medicine box is fixedly installed on the upper end of the purification box, and a water pump is arranged in the medicine box.The drug delivery pipe is fixedly installed on the water pump.
  • The drug delivery pipe is connected in rotation with the stirring shaft. 
  • A filter plate is slidably connected to the sedimentation box. 
  • There are filter holes on the filter plate. 
  • The left end of the filter plate is fixedly connected to the limit plate. 
  • A second spring is arranged on the filter plate between the limit plate and the sedimentation box. 
  • The right end of the filter plate is fixedly installed with an anti-collision plate. 
  • The wedge wire filter plate is fixedly installed with teeth, and the teeth are meshed with special-shaped gears.The profiled gear is driven by an external motor. 
  • A settling plate is fixed on the settling box. 
  • The bottom of the sedimentation plate is slidably connected with a partition. 
  • A telescopic rod is fixed on the hydraulic cylinder.

When in use, the liquid medicine is transported into the cavity through the medicine delivery pipe by the water pump, the first motor is started, and the second bevel gear is driven to rotate through the rotating shaft.

The first conical gear connected by meshing drives the stirring shaft to rotate, thereby driving the stirring rod to rotate to stir the waste water. 

Under the action of centrifugal force, the weighting block drives the sliding rod to slide in the chute through the sliding block. 

At the same time, squeeze the first spring, the sliding rod drives the blocking block to slide, so as to leak the medicine out of the hole.

The liquid medicine in the cavity is discharged through the medicine outlet hole, and the liquid medicine is discharged while being stirred by the stirring rod, so that the liquid medicine and the waste water are fully mixed to achieve better purification.
