Common problems of rural sewage treatment equipment

JOHNSON SCREEN

Rural domestic sewage treatment equipment in the process of sewage treatment, sometimes there may be some problems, so what are the common problems? How can we solve it?

  1. If sludge is found to be white during operation

    Cause:
Lack of nutrition, filamentous fungi or immobilized ciliates multiply, and mycelia grow poorly.
High or low pH value causes a large number of filamentous bacteria to grow, loose sludge and large volume.
    Solution:
Adjust the intake water load according to the nutritional ratio, the amount of ammonia nitrogen added, and maintain the sludge color for several days.
Adjust the pH of the inlet water, keep the pH of the aeration tank between 6 and 8, and maintain the pH range for a long time to effectively prevent the sludge from expanding.

  2. If black sludge is found during operation

    Cause:
The dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank is too low, anaerobic decomposition of organic matter releases H2S, which interacts with Fe to generate FeS.
    Solution:
Increasing the oxygen supply or increasing the return sludge, as long as the dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank is increased, the sludge will gradually return to normal in about 10 hours.

  3. Difficult filtration of sludge or increase in effluent color during test

    Cause:
Lack of nutrition or low water temperature, sludge growth is poor, and a large amount of sludge deflocculate.
    Solution:
Increase load balance nutrition, raise water temperature, and improve sludge growth environment.

  4. A lot of air bubbles in the aeration tank

    Cause:
The water inlet load is too high and the impact load is large, which causes part of the sludge to decompose and attach to the air bubbles, making the air bubbles sticky and not brittle, so there are a large number of air bubbles in the water area.
    Solution:
Reduce the water inflow and increase the amount of sludge returned slightly. After a period of stabilization, the air bubble reduction system gradually becomes normal.

  5. Aeration tank produces brown or gray foam

    Cause:
The sludge is aging, the mud age is too high, the sludge after deflocculation is attached to the foam.
    Solution:
Increase sludge, and gradually update the new sludge in the system. The sludge update process takes several days. During this period, the operating environment must be controlled to ensure that the new sludge has a strong activity (ensure that the dissolved oxygen is within 1.0 ~ 3.0 A stable level, the proportion of nutrients should be balanced, and proper dosage of nutrients).

We provide wedge wire filter elements for wastewater treatment equipment.
