The closed-circuit circulating cooling mode is used to replace the traditional open-circuit circulating cooling mode, which can reduce the evaporation of circulating water in the cooling process and achieve the goal of water saving and energy saving.

The principle of the closed-circuit circulating cooling water system is to indirectly cool the circulating water by air cooling. During the cooling process, spray water is added on the surface of the heat exchange plate of the air cooler. After the spray water evaporates, the surface temperature of the heat exchange plate is reduced and the heat exchange effect of the circulating water in the heat exchange plate is improved. The cooling mode of open circuit cooling relying on water evaporation is changed, the evaporation of circulating water is reduced, and the purpose of water saving and consumption reduction is achieved.

Surface evaporation air cooler is added to the main equipment of closed-circuit circulating cooling water system. Surface evaporative air coolers are divided into tube heat exchange and plate heat exchange. The tubular heat exchanger has the characteristics of convenient cleaning, but the heat exchange area of the same volume is relatively small, and the heat exchange effect is slightly poor. The inside of the heat exchange plate of the plate heat exchange surface evaporation air cooler is a circulating cooling water channel, and the outside is forced ventilated by a fan. When a large amount of cooling air passes through the outer surface of the heat exchange plate, it takes away the heat of the circulating water. In summer, in order to improve the cooling effect, a small amount of water is sprayed on the outer surface of the heat exchange plate to increase the heat loss through the evaporation of the surface water. The lower part of the surface evaporation air cooler is provided with a water tank and a lifting circulating pump to realize the circulation of its own cooling water.
