The preparation of pulverized coal refers to the process of processing raw coal into pulverized coal whose particle size and moisture content meet the requirements of blast furnace coal injection through coal mill. The requirements of blast furnace injection system for pulverized coal are: the particle size is less than 74 μ M accounts for more than 80%, and the water content is not more than 1%. According to the coal grinding equipment, it can be divided into ball mill pulverizing process and medium speed pulverizing process.
