The differential pressure type automatic filter water enters from the inlet, first filters out the impurities of larger particles through the coarse filter screen (wedge wire screen), and then arrive at the fine filter screen (wedge wire filter).
In the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the accumulated water to form a filter impurity layer. Because the impurity layer of the differential pressure automatic filter accumulates in the inner side of the fine filter, there is a pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter.
When the differential pressure of the differential pressure type automatic filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will start. The clean water supply will flow continuously, the cleaning valve will be opened, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the dirt absorber will drop greatly. The differential pressure type automatic filter will pass through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the dirt suction pipe, and suction will be generated between the dirt suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a dirt suction process.
At the same time, the electric motor drives the sewage suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction.
The combination of axial movement and rotary movement of differential pressure automatic filter cleaner cleans the inner surface of the whole wedge filter screen.
The whole flushing process only takes tens of seconds.
The drain valve is closed at the end of the cleaning. The filter begins to prepare for the next flushing cycle.
Differential pressure type automatic filter cleaning mode: the back cleaning mode of the filter is driven by the motor and sucked by the suction nozzle, the reducer motor drives the dirt absorber and the suction nozzle to rotate, and the suction nozzle sucks the inner wall of the fine filter screen to complete the dirt suction.
