Hydrogenation Backwash Filter Element

Johnson screen filter is set in the automatic backwash filter, which can filter solid impurity particles ≥ 25um.
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is greater than the set value (0.1 ~ 0.18mpa), start the backwashing mechanism to carry out backwashing, and wash off the impurities on the wedge wire screen filter element.
Recently, the pressure difference of feed filter in the hydrocracking unit increased rapidly and the switching period of the filter was shortened. In order to meet the needs of production, the secondary line of the filter had to be opened for control.
