Welding mode: Circular resistance welding and circular fusion welding(the most advanced welding technology at present).
Slot (gap) size: 250 microns – 1200 microns (or as your need).

Interstage Screen In CIP and CIL Process
CIP – Carbon In Pulp. First leaching, and then adsorption.
It is suitable for the treatment of oxidized gold ore with low sulfur content and mud content.
The gold cyanide complex is adsorbed onto the carbon until it comes to an equilibrium with the gold in solution, the coarse carbon is then separated from the slurry by a V wire interstage screen.
Application: Flotation of gold concentrate or mixed mercury, gravity tailings, argillaceous oxidized ore.
CIL – Carbon In Leaching. leaching and absorption are simultaneous.
Each absorption tank is provided with a carbon wedge wire wrapped interstage screen to separate carbon and slurry.
After screening and washing, the gold loaded activated carbon will be sent to the desorption operation.
The carbon isolation screen shall be installed at the outlet of each absorption tank, and the screen generally adopts a 304 Johnson screen mesh.

304 stainless steel containing chromium-nickel.
