Product performance

The self-cleaning wedge wire filter: filtration the raw water and automatically performs Swage discharge function on the wedge wire filter, provided continuously supplies water during cleaning.
There are two control methods for self-cleaning filter cleaning: automatic control and manual control.

Automatic control: There are two modes of timing and pressure difference wet the filter time on the filter timer. When the filter time is up, started the sewage . The sewage time is set by the sewage timer. At the same time, the control system compared the system pressure difference with the user-set pressure difference.
When the difference match the set pressure , the filter will also be cleaned and drained.
The drain time is set by the drain timer. When the time is up, the cleaning will be stopped and the system get back to its initial state, and preparing for the next filtration process.

Manual control: Turn the manual / automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will discharge the dirt.
The user can choose two control modes according to his needs. For specific operations, see the following operation section.

Product feature         

The wedge wire screen filter generally filtration is 100μm,and can do as the requirement from 10-3000μm,the filtraition area large the pollution amount will be high, the user can customize it according to the actual working conditions.

The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning process by electronically monitored to realized automatic cleaning and drainage. All parameters in the parallel automatic backwash filter control system can be adjusted.
