In the high-temperature aerobic fermentation bin, the materials are fully supplied with oxygen through the combination of forced ventilation and internal agitation, so that the degradation efficiency of volatile organic matter in the materials can reach more than 70%, and the processed products can be fully decomposed, so as to fully inactivate the parasites (eggs), pathogenic bacteria, viruses, etc. in the materials. The materials from the high-temperature aerobic fermentation bin are discharged through the discharge port. The odor gas with high humidity, high temperature and high pollution produced in the high temperature aerobic fermentation bin is discharged into the gas purification tank for purification.
In the process of bacterial reproduction, the fat, protein, starch and other substances in the kitchen waste are decomposed into water and carbon dioxide, and then only a few residues are left, which is the treatment process of kitchen waste.
