The manufacturing process of backwash filter


Backwash filter is a kind of precision equipment that uses wedge wire filter to directly intercept impurities in water, remove suspended solids and particles in water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce the generation of system dirt, bacteria and algae, rust, etc., so as to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system.

The backwash filter water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and automatically discharge the sewage to the sewage valve signal.

The operation and control of the backwash filter do not need any external energy. It can automatically clean, filter, and discharge sewage.
During the backwashing period, there is a continuous flow, and the cleaning and filtering cycle can be adjusted. The default cleaning and filtering time of the backwashing filter is 10-60 / s, and the water loss of the backwashing filter only accounts for 0.08-0.6% of the filtered water.

The filtration precision can reach 10-3000 μ M.
The working pressure of the backwash filter can reach 1.0-1.6mpa.
