What is Harbin alloy material?
Hastelloy is a kind of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into two categories: Ni Cr alloy and Ni Cr Mo alloy. Hastelloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability and is widely used in aviation and chemical fields.
Hastelloy is the general name of the commercial grades of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys produced by Hastelloy international company. It includes Ni-Mo Hastelloy B-2 and Ni Cr Mo Hastelloy C-4.

Hastelloy B-2 nickel molybdenum alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in reducing the environment. The upgraded version of Hastelloy B-3 B-2 has excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid of any temperature and concentration.
Hastelloy C-4 has good thermal stability, good toughness and corrosion resistance at 650-1040 ℃.
Hastelloy C-22 has better uniform corrosion resistance than C-4 and C-276 in oxidizing medium, and excellent local corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-276 has better resistance to oxidizing and moderate reducing corrosion, and excellent stress corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-2000 is the most comprehensive corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent uniform corrosion resistance in both oxidation and reduction environments.
Hastelloy g-35 G-30 is an upgraded product with better corrosion resistance and thermal stability. Hastelloy G-30 nickel-base alloy with high chromium content has an excellent performance in phosphoric acid and other strong oxidizing mixed acid media.
Hastelloy x combines the characteristics of high strength, oxidation resistance, and easy processing. Each of the above brands has a specific chemical composition, mechanical properties and each has its own advantages. It is not possible to generalize the characteristics of Hastelloy X.
Hastelloy plate is suitable for all kinds of the chemical industry containing oxidizing and reducing medium. The higher content of Mo and Cr makes the alloy resistant to chloride-ion corrosion, and the tungsten element further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, the C-276 Hastelloy tube is one of the only materials that can resist the corrosion of wet chlorine, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solution. It has remarkable corrosion resistance to high concentration chloride solution such as ferric chloride and copper chloride.
