1．The feeding mode of the screen was changed from direct feeding to overflow feeding, and the feed was fed along the tangent line of the screen.
After the transformation, the feeding material is uniform in the width direction of the DSM screen and can be fed into the arc screen strictly according to the tangent direction, so that the effective area of the arc screen is fully utilized, and the dewatering effect of the sieve bend screen is greatly improved.
- Because the screen gap size of the arc screen is the decisive factor of its intercepted particle size, the screen surface management is the key to production management.
While ensuring the screen surface is intact, the sieve bend screen should be turned regularly (usually once every three months), so as to ensure that the screen bar at the bottom of the screen gap has certain edges and corners, so as to improve the desliming and dewatering effect of the arc screen.
- A large vent hole is installed on the arc screening box to slow down the pressure of the material, make the material evenly distributed in the box, and then evenly feed into the arc screen, so as to reduce the pressure of the material flowing into the sieve bend screen and avoid the problems of material channeling caused by too fast material flow rate, resulting in poor discharge effect of the DSM screen.
- A transverse baffle is added on the screen surface of the sieve bend screen to reduce the flow velocity of the material on the arc screen and increase the movement time.
