Resin traps play a vital role in the subsequent water treatment of ion exchangers. It plays the role of intercepting resin, and the filter element is easily damaged and needs to be replaced frequently.
Because the upper cylinder body and the filter element of the existing resin catcher are integrated. To replace the filter element, the filter element and the upper cylinder must be disassembled together. And the filter element can be reused after cutting off and re-welding. If it is not cut well, the filter element and the upper cylinder need to be replaced together, which is costly, time-consuming, and labor-intensive.
For solving the above technical problem, the technical scheme of the utility model is:
- It includes an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder that are detachably connected to one body. The filter core is installed in described lower cylinder interior, and the shower pipe is used to clean described filter core.
- The upper end of the upper cylinder is formed with a water outlet through the inside and outside.
- The side wall of the lower cylinder body is formed with a water inlet through the inside and outside.
- A resin discharge port is formed at the lower end of the lower cylinder.
- The inner side of the upper end of the lower cylinder is provided with an annular mounting groove.
- A flange is formed on the outer periphery of the upper end of the filter element to fit and install with the annular installation groove. So that the flange is clamped between the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder.
- The filter element is configured as a hollow cylindrical structure that extends vertically and has an open upper end.
- Water is discharged from the water inlet to the inner cavity of the lower cylinder and is filtered by the filter element and then discharged from the water outlet. The resin is captured by the filter element and discharged through the resin discharge port.
Beneficial features
- Resin trap for easy filter replacement, spray hose for cleaning wedge wire filter.
- The upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are detachably connected into one body, and an annular mounting groove is provided on the inner side of the upper end of the lower cylinder.
- The outer periphery of the upper end of the filter element is formed with a flanging which is installed in cooperation with the annular installation groove. It is clamped between the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder for easy replacement.
