Jacketed drill pipe screen

JOHNSON SCREEN

Drill pipe screen is widely used in domestic and foreign oil drilling sites in order to prevent large-diameter drilling cuttings or sand particles in drilling fluid from blocking the water hole of the drill bit.
Nowadays, most of the widely used drill pipe screens are ejected from the screen pipe, but it will cause serious damage to the inner wall of the drill pipe.
And the screen pipe is usually set in the upper part of the screen bowl, so that debris is easy to accumulate in the screen bowl, resulting in pump hold, resulting in pump damage.

In order to overcome the problems that the existing drill pipe screen is easy to cause damage to the inner wall of the drill pipe and pump choking, bluslot developed a new type of sheathed drill pipe screen, which has the characteristics of protecting the inner wall of the drill pipe from damage, small head loss, and no pump choking.

Technical scheme:

The utility model comprises a screen pipe and a screen bowl, the screen pipe is fixed under the screen bowl, and the screen pipe is composed of a plurality of cylinders whose diameter decreases step by step from top to bottom, and the screen hole is opened on the surface of the screen pipe. The outer side of the lower part of the sieve bowl is threaded with a sheath. The upper surface of the sieve bowl is connected with a lifting ring.

The upper part of the sheath is matched with the outer conical surface of the sieve bowl.

Application effect:

Because of the above scheme, the screen pipe is fixed at the lower part of the screen bowl, so that the debris in the screen bowl can enter into the screen pipe more easily. At the same time, the screen pipe is a ladder shape with the diameter decreasing step by step, so that the mudflow is more smooth and the accident of pump holding is avoided.
At the same time, the outer side of the lower part of the screen bowl is connected with a sheath, which can protect the inner wall of the drill pipe from damage, prolong the service life, and reduce head loss.
