Technology | Several Common Hazardous Waste Treatment Methods

Hazardous waste is produced in the production process of the enterprise, so what are the methods for hazardous waste treatment? The following are the main ways.

(1) After the waste liquid is heated by oil-water, hydrocarbon water mixture or emulsion, it will be settled by settling tank, and the upper oil layer will be separated into oil tank and directly used as burning oil,The lower water layer is flocculated with aluminum chloride, and the clear liquid is discharged into the sewage treatment tank after being clarified by the clarifier, and the lower sludge is sent to the landfill for sanitary landfill after being filtered by the filter press.

(2) Waste acid, waste alkali, waste acid and waste alkali are neutralized with waste sulfuric acid solution to generate sulfate, which is concentrated and crystallized to obtain products. The remaining waste liquid is treated by sewage treatment station and discharged to the standard.

(3) Waste organic solvent waste organic solvent is mainly the reaction residue produced by organic solvent in the process of synthesis, cracking, separation, decolorization, catalysis, precipitation, distillation, etc. the waste organic solvent is driven into the distillation kettle through the raw material tank for distillation, heated and refluxed, and the corresponding organic solvent is distilled from the top of the tower.

(4) The waste containing zinc is added to the acidizing kettle, then hydrochloric acid is added, the pH is controlled at about 3.5, and then filtered after reaction,
The filtrate is added with potassium chlorate to remove the iron and manganese ions, and then the filter residue (including iron oxide and a small amount of manganese oxide) is filtered, and then barium chloride is added to remove the sulfate radical in the filtrate and barium sulfate is obtained after filtration.
The filtrate is concentrated, crystallized and dried to produce zinc chloride.

(5) (refined, evaporated) distillation residue (refined, evaporated) the distillation residue is pumped from the raw material tank farm to the distillation tower for rectification.
After the material gas from the top of the tower is cooled by the cooler, the product is qualified after inspection, packed and put into storage. The waste residue generated at the bottom of the tower is sent to a qualified unit for incineration, and a small amount of waste water is sent to the sewage treatment station in the company for treatment and discharge after being qualified.

(6) According to the nature of the material, ether containing waste is first adjusted to neutral pH value by neutralization kettle, and then the neutralized material is discharged into the raw material storage tank after settling (water or slag removal) in the secondary settling tank.
Then the raw material storage tank is driven into the distillation kettle, the temperature is increased and the reflux is controlled, the product is distilled from the top of the tower, and the waste at the bottom is sent to incineration for treatment.

(7) According to the properties of the materials, the waste halogenated organic solvent adjusts the pH value of the materials to about 6-7 through the neutralization kettle, and then the neutralized materials are settled in the secondary sedimentation tank (water or slag removal) and then put into the raw material storage tank.
Then the raw material storage tank is driven into the distillation kettle, the temperature is increased and the reflux is controlled, the product is distilled from the top of the tower, and the waste at the bottom is sent to incineration for treatment.

(8) Waste mineral oil will settle and filter the waste mineral oil through settling tank and then put it into raw material storage tank
The product distilled from the top of the tower will be white oil after being adsorbed by clay
The waste at the bottom of the boiler is sent to incineration.

(9) Dyestuff and paint waste the dyestuff and paint waste treated in this project are mainly waste paint. The recovered waste paint is first dissolved with solvent and mixed evenly by high-speed mixer
After grinding by ball mill and filtering by filter, the semi-finished primary paint is obtained, and then the corresponding resin and filler are added to improve the product grade.
We provide stainless steel filter elements for bead mill.

(10) N-butyl-o-aminobenzoate is esterified by n-butyl-o-aminobenzoic acid and n-butanol in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst to produce n-butyl-o-aminobenzoate and a small amount of water.
The product is washed, separated and dried, and then enters the distillation column to obtain the product.

(11) Organic resin waste will filter the recovered waste resin first, obtain resin through vacuum distillation, and send the generated solid waste to qualified units for incineration of hazardous waste treatment.
